How We Source AI Datacenter Hardware
Moyan Technology sources AI server hardware direct from the Taiwan and China factories, ODMs and authorized channels that build it — the same manufacturers behind the world’s largest AI clusters. Here is how a request becomes delivered hardware.
1. You send a spec or part list
Give us a bill of materials, a target cluster spec, or even a single part number. The more detail — quantities, form factors, timelines, destination — the tighter the quote.
2. We source and price it
We match each line against live factory and channel availability, then return an indicative, itemized quote with market price ranges stamped “as of” a date. Where a part is allocation-controlled or sold out (HBM, latest-gen GPUs, cold plates), we say so and propose second-source or alternative options.
3. You confirm; we lock the quote
Indicative ranges become a firm quote once we confirm live stock, quantity, and destination. This is where volume pricing, lead times and logistics terms are set.
4. Logistics and delivery
We coordinate consolidation, export documentation and freight. For GPUs and certain controlled components, availability can depend on the destination jurisdiction under 2026 export controls — we confirm compliance before committing.

Do you hold stock? We are a broker and source to order, though some fast-moving commodity parts ship quickly. Lead times are quoted per line.
How current is your pricing? Indicative ranges carry an “as of” date. Because DRAM, NAND, HBM and GPU prices move weekly, we confirm the live figure before any firm quote.
Can you handle export compliance? We flag destination-dependent restrictions (notably for GPUs) and confirm compliance before shipment. Final responsibility for end-use is agreed per order.
What are typical lead times? From days for commodity parts to several months for allocation-controlled GPUs, HBM and liquid-cooling hardware. We give a realistic estimate per line at RFQ.
